Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Le'Von brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, private equity and development. He spent 15 years as CFO and COO of Landmark Quickfund, where he negotiated more than $155 million in acquisitions. At CureX, he leads site pursuits, capital strategy and commercial structuring. His current work includes representing the owner of Tech Village, a planned mixed-use district in Grand Blanc Charter Township, Michigan, and advancing the proposed riverfront and historic mill redevelopment in Tallassee, Alabama, where CureX serves as co-developer and co-sponsor.
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
De'Andre leads CureX's government, university and workforce partnerships. A retired U.S. Army sergeant who served with the 5th Special Forces Group, he completed three combat deployments before building a career in government contracting and institutional development. In 2015, he founded AGX Group, a service-disabled veteran-owned government contracting firm. At CureX, his work includes CREATE Academy with California State University, San Bernardino, where the firm serves as project manager for a multi-partner education and workforce initiative.
